What your orthodontic consultation includes
Your investment covers a dedicated 45-minute in-person appointment with one of our Specialist Orthodontists, plus a comprehensive on-site clinical workup. Your consultation includes:
- Complete Diagnostic Records — high-resolution photographs, a precise 3D digital scan, and a CBCT X-ray (bulk-billable through Medicare).
- Specialist Examination — a thorough clinical assessment by Dr. Teriko Rex or Dr. Darin Ballard.
- Diagnosis & Treatment Plan Presentation — a clear, formal presentation of your personalised treatment plan, treatment options, and expected outcomes.
- Costs & Payment Plan Walkthrough — a transparent breakdown of fees and our flexible interest-free payment plan options.
A seamless and efficient experience
We have designed your orthodontic consultation to be as convenient and stress-free as possible. You don't need to bring anything with you — all of your records, scans, and X-rays are taken on-site at our Hunters Hill clinic during the appointment. By the end of your consultation, you will leave with a complete understanding of your diagnosis, your recommended treatment plan, the timeline, and the total investment — empowering you to make an informed decision about your smile.
Booking & fees
To secure your appointment, a fee of $450 is payable upon booking. This fee covers your consultation with the orthodontist, including a customised treatment plan and report, and confirms the allocation of significant clinical resources and dedicated time for your appointment. We are pleased to advise that this fee will be credited in full towards the total cost of your treatment should you choose to proceed. Please note that this fee is non-refundable for unattended appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
