What to expect at a glance

Stage 1: Welcome & Assistance

Our team will welcome you and make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. You may need to complete a Medical History Form if this was not completed online.

Stage 2: Records & Assessment

We'll take the photographs, 3D digital scans and any diagnostic records needed to understand your teeth, bite and jaw relationship.

Stage 3: Clinical Consultation

Specialist Path: The Specialist Orthodontist will discuss your concerns and explain their diagnosis and recommended treatment plan.
Complimentary Path: Your diagnostic records are reviewed by our Specialist orthodontist to determine clinical options, which are presented to you in detail by your Treatment Coordinator.
