Step 1: Your initial consultation
Your journey begins with a choice between two consultation pathways. Our Complimentary Consultation is a free, 45-minute virtual or phone conversation to discuss your smile goals. Our Orthodontic Consultation ($450, 45 minutes, in person) includes full diagnostic records using advanced digital technology to support accurate diagnosis, precise treatment planning and a more comfortable experience. You’ll also receive a formal presentation of your personalised treatment plan. The fee is credited in full towards treatment if you proceed.

Step 2: Your fitting appointment
Once you have decided to begin treatment, our specialist team will fit your custom appliance — whether it is LightForce™ 3D-printed braces, discreet ceramic braces, or your first set of Invisalign® clear aligners. The fitting process is completely painless. Some mild tenderness may occur as your teeth adjust.
Step 3: Your treatment progress
Throughout your active treatment, you will visit us for regular progress appointments, typically every 6 to 8 weeks. These allow our orthodontists to closely monitor your progress, make precise adjustments to your braces, or provide your next series of Invisalign® aligners.
Step 4: On the big reveal & aftercare
Once your teeth have reached their ideal positions, we will remove your braces or you will complete your final set of aligners. You will be fitted with custom-made retainers to ensure your teeth remain stable in their new positions. Wearing your retainers as instructed is the most critical step in the aftercare phase.
